T-astragals

Delta Millwork Limited Warranty
Delta Millwork warrants that each door is of good material and workmanship and free from manufacturing defects. This limited warranty applies to new doors only. Specifics are as follows:
One Year Warranty for Exterior Doors
For doors used in an exterior application this warranty shall apply for one year after the date of shipment from Delta, to the original customer. This warranty applies to doors properly sealed, finished and hung in a location protected from exposure to direct sun or rain. Doors exposed to extreme sun or rain will not be covered. A minimum overhang covering doors should extend 24” from door at 10ft max height.
Interior Door Limited Warranty
For interior doors (doors that are in an air-conditioned and controlled environment on both sides of the door), are covered for a period of 5 years. This warranty applies to doors properly sealed, finished and hung. This warranty applies only to the original end-user and is not transferable.
2 Year Insulated Glass Limited Warranty
Delta Millwork warrants that standard clear insulated glass units will not, for a period of five (5) years after the date of shipment, develop material obstruction of vision between the interior glass surfaces caused by failure of the hermetic seal. This warranty shall not apply to units with broken glass, glass units installed by others, or units that have retrofit films applied. Delta Millwork’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to shipping a replacement glass unit.
Glazing
All doors glazed by Delta Millwork meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission Federal Standard on architectural glazing materials.
Clear Glass
All clear flat glass is tempered, including Frosted, Reeded, Water, and most other styles of glass, meeting ANSI Z 97.1 and the Consumer Product Safety Commission Federal Standard on architectural glazing materials. Etched tempered logo is normally applied unless specified otherwise.
Insulated clear and Low-E glass are tempered, meeting ANSI Z 97.1 and the Consumer Product Safety Commission Federal Standard on architectural glazing materials.
Exclusions
The following are not defects in workmanship or material and are not covered by these written warranties:
Damage caused by attempts by others to repair the door.
Failure to properly seal the door. All 4 edges and both faces must be sealed within 72 hours after
fitting and hanging.
Natural variations in the color or texture of the door. Wood colors may vary slightly.
Doors or door components that are exposed to direct sun or rain under normal conditions.
a. For 1 3/8” thick doors, warping not exceeding ¼” for doors 3’-0” wide and 7’-0” tall.
b. For 1 ¾” thick doors, warping not exceeding 1/4” for doors up to 3’0” in width or 8’0” in height.
c. For 2 ¼” thick doors, warping not exceeding 3/8” for doors 3’-6” in width and 9’-0” in height.
Defects caused by (1) warp or bow of the frame or jamb in which the door is hung or (2) improper installation such that the door does not swing freely.
Damage caused by improper handling or on-site storage. Storage damage includes moisture in doors due to humidity. DOORS SHALL NOT SIT DIRECTLY ON CONCRETE FLOORS FOR ANY
LENGTH OF TIME. Moisture is absorbed into wood doors from concrete.
Panel misalignment or shrinkage is not considered a defect.
The performance or appearance of finishes applied is not covered.
Expansion of bottom rail due to climate conditions is not considered a defect.
Damage caused by extreme temperature build-up where dark paint or stain is utilized.
Failure to perform normal homeowner's maintenance, including maintaining the finish.
Surface checking of hardwoods is considered a natural characteristic and is not covered by this warranty.
Defects caused by inadequate overhang
