About Us
Tom Hohl
President/Owner
Growing up in Houston’s West University area, and I’ve been running my own millwork company since the age of 19. After 39 years of hands-on work and design, Delta Millwork has become Houston’s premier architectural millwork company. In my youth, my passion for woodwork imaginably started with my Lincoln Logs and Erector set back in the 60’s.
In fact, those early tools led me to build my first set of home cabinets at the age of 12, fix the brakes on my mom’s car at 13, then building and installing custom doors throughout Houston by age 19. I then built my first house from the ground up at 23. So, when clients come to Delta Millwork, they know they’re in the best hands possible. From designing my products via CAD, to maintaining my own advanced CNC machinery, we ensure you quality products all of the time.
And when I need a break from the wood chips, I take my motorcycle out west and ride the highways of America with “The Pashnit Group” of California. It’s my way of recharging my batteries.
Robin Fowler
Operations Manager
Robin has been with Delta Millwork for eight years and counting. She is responsible for all of the company’s sales and operations, including overseeing purchasing, marketing, CAD drawings, manufacturing, and product delivery. Her in depth knowledge of AutoCad allows her to help customers achieve the design details and requirements on the most demanding projects. Additionally, Robin is fluent in Spanish as a second language, allowing the company to employ a diverse workforce with maximum efficiency. She continues her education by attending business courses and various workshops to stay current with the changing marketplace and technologies.
Robin is smart, intentional, and full of life. In her free time, Robin is always finding fun activities for her and her daughter. Whether it’s a great concert, or traveling to a new place, creating lasting memories for her family is just as important to her as her work.
Jose Picas
Production Manager
In the woodworking world there is hardly a more talented, creative, or motivated craftsman. Jose started with the company in 2002 as a bright 16 year old, interested in learning a trade. Jose’s eagerness to learn and very strong work ethic has led him to be a master woodworker, capable of building the most demanding projects on time.
Jose is married and has 3 daughters. He is a passionate offroad and adventure guy. He regularly rides his side-by-side and motorcycle in Moab, Utah and the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, taking several big trips a year. Jose says that his adventure trips allow him to “reset” and have opened his eyes to places he never knew existed.
